Scheduled Rest Day
If all goes according to plan, this week I'll log my highest weekly mileage ever. It's not going to be easy because I'm busy this week, but I'm going to do my best to squeeze in miles where I can. 

M: Rest

T: 6 easy + volleyball

W: 7 miles with hill repeats

T: 7 tempo (Morning workout)

F: Rest

S: 18 trail

S: 8 medium effort

Total: 46 miles

Thursday morning will definitely be difficult for me. I am not a morning person, but I'm going out for Valentine's Day right after work and I won't be able to run Thursday evening. I considered pushing my workout to Friday, but I love having a rest day before a long run, which I haven't had in several weeks.
